With the foggy effects of jet-lag still impairing my brain I thought I would quickly share my dairy free French Toast recipe… while I am still fresh off the plane from Paris. I hope you can make some time to sit back, relax and enjoy this tasty treat over the weekend.

  2. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  3. 2 free range organic eggs
  4. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  5. 4 thick cut slices of sourdough bread
  6. 1 cup of chopped fruit of your choice
  7. 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  1. Using an egg whisk, beat the almond milk and eggs together thoroughly, in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large frypan over a medium heat.
  3. One at a time, dip the slices of bread into the eggs and almond milk mix, allowing it to soak into the bread.
  4. Lay the battered slices of bread into the hot pan and cook on both sides until golden brown and slightly crunchy.
  5. Top with your chopped fruit of choice and drizzle with a small amount of high quality organic Maple Syrup.
