By request I have created a Raw Chocolate Bliss Balls recipe for the blog. These balls of goodness are the perfect afternoon and after dinner snack. I promise you… you will have more friends after bringing a bowl of these to the office, a picnic or a dinner party. Their smooth sweet texture contains delicious surprises inside in the form of crunchy cocoa nibs.

Raw Chocolate Bliss Balls

  1. 2 cups chopped dates
  2. 1/2 cup goji berries
  3. 2 cups almond meal
  4. 1/2 cup cocoa nibs
  5. 3 scoops chocolate brown rice protein powder
  6. 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
  7. 1 cup filtered water
  8. 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  1. Mix the chopped dates, goji berries, 1 cup of the almond meal, cocoa nibs, protein powder and water thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. Cover and allow to soften overnight.
  3. Add the mixture to your food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Scoop the mixture back into the bowl and fold in the extra cup of almond meal.
  5. Roll the mixture into balls with your hands and then roll in desiccated coconut.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
